Leigh is a Registered Nurse with a background in all things wellness. Over the years having managed Weight Management Clinics and working as a wellness nurse in the hospital space give Leigh a broad range of skills.

Leigh has been learning the Aesthetic space for the last 4 years with a passion for all things aesthetics.

Having worked in diverse healthcare settings, Leigh has developed expertise in managing compliance programs, navigating federal and state regulations, and ensuring healthcare organizations maintain accreditation. Her experience includes conducting audits, implementing policies, and providing staff training to ensure adherence to industry standards such as HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare-specific regulations.

Leigh's clinical background as an RN has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of patient care processes, making her especially effective at bridging the gap between clinical teams and compliance requirements. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes through education, policy development, and fostering a culture of safety and ethical practice within healthcare organizations.
