Leigh Keirn, RN
Founder
Leigh is a Registered Nurse with a background in all things wellness. Over the years having managed Weight Management Clinics and working as a wellness nurse in the hospital space give Leigh a broad range of skills.
Leigh has been learning the Aesthetic space for the last 4 years with a passion for all things aesthetics.
Having worked in diverse healthcare settings, Leigh has developed expertise in managing compliance programs, navigating federal and state regulations, and ensuring healthcare organizations maintain accreditation. Her experience includes conducting audits, implementing policies, and providing staff training to ensure adherence to industry standards such as HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare-specific regulations.
Leigh's clinical background as an RN has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of patient care processes, making her especially effective at bridging the gap between clinical teams and compliance requirements. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes through education, policy development, and fostering a culture of safety and ethical practice within healthcare organizations.
Dr. Gian Tricomi views his career as a physician as an ever-evolving journey that has allowed him to positively impact many lives while deepening his understanding of his health. He embraces a philosophy of mutual growth, where the care he provides to others and himself intertwines. Dr. Tricomi’s foray into aesthetics began with a MedAesthetics course in injections, where his initial apprehension gave way to admiration for the art of enhancing natural beauty. He likes the transformative process of aesthetic medicine to an artist's work, drawing a parallel to Michelangelo’s creation of "David" as he admires the collaboration between nature, medicine, technology, and his patients.
As a Medical Director, Dr. Tricomi fosters an egalitarian, team-based approach. He believes that only some individuals have all the answers and seeks to leverage the diverse experiences and expertise of the providers he supervises. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, where the uniqueness of each team member is valued, and solutions are tailored to each situation. Dr. Tricomi creates a sense of belonging and appreciation within his team, ensuring that every individual's contributions are celebrated.
